Our night was made even more memorable by Hutch our bartender. There is a lot of thought and care put into the creation of the spirits and the cocktails. All of the drinks are made with their own on-site distilled spirits some of which are infused with various fruits and herbs. I had an absolutely great time and the cocktails are unbelievably good. Went here for drinks with a business colleague after a really good Tapas dinner in downtown Denver Mile High Spirits does not serve food.
